1. In the case that you want to withdraw from Winter, please note we were very full during Fall session with 700 students per week and expect to be busier in Winter session.

  • We highly recommend you reach out and discuss any questions, concerns or feedback before withdrawing as once you have withdrawn, your time slot becomes immediately available for other clients to take.

  • If in the case that you end up having a scheduling conflict and end up not being able to make your class time (i.e. other activity conflict), don’t worry, we will try our best to accommodate a change of class time.

  • In the case we cannot find you another suitable class time, remember, we have a 14 day cancellation policy whereby you can withdraw from lessons up to 14 days before the session begins for a full credit to your Swim Clo account.

2. If you still wish to withdraw, CLICK HERE to fill out the online Winter 2020 withdrawal form by 7am Friday, Nov 1. After clicking submit on the withdrawal form, you should be taken to a confirmation screen. If you do not receive this confirmation screen, your form was not filled out correctly, or something went wrong, and we did not receive your withdrawal request and you will need to fill it out again or else you will not be withdrawn.
