In the case that you want to withdraw from Fall, please note we were very full during Spring session with 630 students per week and expect to be busier in Fall session.

  • We highly recommend you reach out and discuss any questions, concerns or feedback before withdrawing as once you have withdrawn, your time slot becomes immediately available for other clients to take.

  • If in the case that you have a scheduling conflict for Fall session and can’t make your time slot, don’t worry, we will try our best to accommodate a switch of classes, at least you will have a time slot and we can try switch you with another family.

  • Remember, we have a 14 day cancellation policy whereby you can withdraw from lessons up to 14 days before the session begins for a full credit to your Swim Clo account.

  • If you still wish to withdraw, CLICK HERE to fill out the online Fall 2019 withdrawal form by 7am, Monday, June 3. After clicking submit on the withdrawal form, you should be taken to a confirmation screen. If you do not receive this confirmation screen, your form was not filled out correctly, or something went wrong, and we did not receive your withdrawal request and you will need to fill it out again or else you will not be withdrawn.
